This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your meals are delivered once an order or subscription is placed through our website [insert your website URL].

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver meals within our active service areas only.

  • You can check delivery availability by entering your location during checkout.

  • Orders outside our delivery zones will not be accepted or processed.

2. Delivery Timings

  • Meals are freshly prepared every day and dispatched according to your selected time slot.

  • Standard delivery timings are:

    • Lunch: Between 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

    • Dinner: Between 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

  • Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

3. Subscription Deliveries

  • For subscription-based meal plans, meals are delivered daily based on your plan duration (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

  • Any delivery pauses or address changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability will not be refunded or replaced.

4. Delivery Process

  • Our delivery partners ensure meals are handled safely and hygienically.

  • Customers must be available to receive the order at the provided address.

  • Once delivered, FM365 / Akcepted is not responsible for the quality or freshness of food if not consumed within 1 hour.

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Subscription plans may include free delivery within serviceable zones.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • We strive for timely delivery every day. However, delays may occur due to:

    • Unforeseen traffic or weather conditions

    • High order volume

    • Force majeure events (strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters)

  • In such cases, our team will notify you through SMS, call, or email.

7. Non-Delivery Situations

We reserve the right to cancel or withhold delivery in cases such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Unsafe delivery location

  • Customer repeatedly unavailable at delivery time
