3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Subscriptions once purchased are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations can be requested before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of failed payments or duplicate transactions.

  • In case of service disruption due to unforeseen events, we will offer a suitable extension or meal credit instead of refunds.

4. Delivery & Service

  • Meals are delivered within designated service areas and time slots.

  • Timely delivery depends on traffic, weather, and third-party logistics support.

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

  • Any incorrect information may result in delivery failure without a refund.

5. Food Quality & Safety

  • All meals are prepared in hygienic kitchens under strict quality and safety standards.

  • Food must be consumed immediately upon delivery for best freshness and safety.

  • We are not responsible for any health issues caused by delayed consumption or improper storage.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, images, content, and brand materials of FM365 / Akcepted are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for excellence, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services due to technical issues beyond our control.
