Thank you for subscribing to FM365 (Full Meals 365) — India’s First Subscription-Based Meal Brand, operated by Akcepted Technologies Solutions LLP.
We value your trust and strive to provide a transparent and fair policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription-Based Service
All our meal plans operate on a prepaid subscription model (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly).
Once a subscription plan is purchased, it is activated and reserved specifically for the subscriber, including meal scheduling, resource allocation, and delivery planning.
2. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation of their subscription only before the start of the first scheduled delivery.

Once a subscription has started, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

For pre-start cancellations (before service begins), customers can contact our support team for assistance.
3. Refund Policy

No refund will be provided after the subscription has started, regardless of usage, missed deliveries due to customer unavailability, or personal preference.

Refunds will only be processed in the following rare cases:

Duplicate payment transactions.

Technical errors during checkout resulting in payment without order confirmation.

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Meal Delivery Interruptions
In case of unavoidable circumstances (such as natural calamities, strikes, or technical issues), FM365 may pause deliveries temporarily.
In such cases, customers will receive equivalent meal credits or delivery extensions, not cash refunds.
5. Changes to Plans
Customers may request changes to their meal plan duration or delivery address before activation.
Once active, any modification requests will be handled on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.
